Below you can see which profiles we are looking for for specific positions. (it's not all bookkeepingpositions)

Although we probably also write it in the vacancy notice, we emphasize competencies and how you fit into the company. To save you and us time, we would rather read a short section about you in your CV than a separate application.

Please write about which competencies you bring during your previous work experience and how you think you can add value to the team you want to enter.

When we say we hire on skills, we mean it. That's why we don't care where you come from, what you look like, what gender you have or identify with. The will to want and the ability to succeed is what we want to see. You will learn a lot with us anyway and there is speed in everyday life.

Digitally oriented accounting consultant

We are looking for you to join our teams of skilled accounting consultants with responsibility for our own clients. We are an unconventional firm with our own culture and set of values that we cherish. Everyday life is unpretentious and we have fun and spar with each other. There is great flexibility and we work with freedom under responsibility. As something unique in our industry, we work without time and attendance records and we mean it when we say we work 37 hours a
week. You'll be at the forefront from day one, and it's rarely far from idea to action. You'll have a day where priorities shift, we push boundaries and you take responsibility for your own clients. We make sure you are continuously challenged professionally, as the company is a leader in digitizing the accounting function. Among other things, we use robotics where it makes sense. Exciting opportunity at innovative company

The work is team-based and you will be involved in a wide range of accounting and
reporting tasks. The goal is to drive Sandgrav Solutions' continued growth and create
success- both for our clients, our company and for you as an accounting consultant.
You will be taught and trained in the use of a wide range of some of the most effective
digital automation tools. These are carefully selected for each client to ensure
that their bookkeeping is as efficient as possible. If you are familiar with Pleo, Corpay One
and/or Likvido for example, this would be an advantage. There will be a lot of new things to learn and you will quickly become

up to date on all the latest tech in the industry. The daily sparring with your
talented colleagues ensures that you are constantly developing professionally.

The tasks are classic and to name a few:

  • accounting
  • Polls
  • Accounts payable and receivable management
  • Payroll treatment
  • Reporting to public authorities (VAT, intrastat, etc.m.)
  • Handing over finished material for financial statements to the auditor
  • Ongoing dialogue with customers with matching expectations
  • Increasing actual reporting to customers - e.g. via Budget123

Want to help develop our business?

Professionalism, readiness for change and drive

  • You have mine. 4 years of experience in accounting and a relevant educational background
  • You are a super user in e-conomic and preferably also in Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV
  • You have a strong analytical and business understanding and think systematically
  • You are change-oriented and optimise and streamline when you see opportunities for it
  • You have a background in accounting or auditing.
  • You are a mature person who can keep track - we are sometimes very busy
  • You are quality conscious, self-driven and good at prioritising your time
  • You're easy to laugh with in a hectic day
  • You are ready to meet challenges where they arise
  • You have good communication skills - also in English
  • You love customer contact
